When you book Melt & Mingle, every guest receives:
- All candle-making supplies (wax, fragrance, vessels, wicks, etc.)
- Step-by-step guidance from your host
- A customizable label for naming their candle
- A memorable group activity designed to engage and delight

- Sip & Pour (wine or champagne service)

How It Works
- Submit an Interest Form (at the bottom of this page) with your event details.
- Receive a Custom Proposal tailored to your group size, add-ons, and vision.
- Approve & Secure Your Date by signing the contract and paying your 50% deposit.
- We Bring the Experience to You — all you provide is the event space, seating, and tables.
- Enjoy Your Event as guests create their own custom candles to take home.

Pricing
Base Experience
- $40 per person
- Includes: candle pouring experience, standard vessel, fragrance selection, and setup/cleanup
- Travel included up to 25 miles from Moncks Corner, SC
Travel Fees
- 26–75 miles: +$75
- 76–125 miles: +$125
- +125 miles: TBD
Optional Add-Ons
- Sip & Pour Upgrade: +$10 per person
(Includes wine or champagne provided for your group) - Luxury Vessel Upgrade: +$7 per person
(Upgrade to premium candle vessels for an elevated experience) - Custom Label Design: +$25 flat fee

Yes — you’ll need to provide the tables and seating for your guests. We bring all candle-making supplies.

Yes — details will be outlined in your proposal based on your event needs.
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
